Payment options

Due to sanctions and currente political situation general payment methods are blocked. But we can get payment via PayPal.

We get money not directly, you pay to our suppliers in Holland and fullfil our account at flowers market. So it is very important to follow all instructions:

• payment page is avaliable by this link: https://pay.flowersale.nl
• first put client name 'Lell' (it is our label at the market, if you miss this step, money might be delayed)
• put amount of Euro using plus or numbers
• pay with PayPal or bank card

Refund terms

According to Russian Federation trade legislation animals and plants (including flowers) cannot be replaced or refunded. And another thing is complicated way of payment, all these makes refund impossible. So, please get sure, that your receiver is in Saint-Petersburg before you make payment.
