At L'Flowers, we're so confident about the quality of our flowers that we guarantee each bouquet will be fresh for at least 48 hours after delivery.
What does the guarantee mean?
If, within two days of receiving your bouquet, you notice any signs of wilting, such as drooping petals, dry edges or loss of turgor, we will replace the flowers free of charge.
How does the guarantee work?
- You receive a bouquet via delivery or self-collection. The 48-hour countdown starts from that moment.
- If there are any problems, please contact us using your preferred method. You can find more information about communication methods in the 'Contact Us' section.
- Please send us a photo of the bouquet and a short description of the problem. Our florists will assess the quality and decide whether to replace the bouquet.
- The new delivery will be at our expense. The courier will bring the replacement bouquet. Please do not throw away the original bouquet – give it to the courier; this is important for accountability purposes.
- If the recipient is unhappy with the bouquet we brought, you can give our direct contact and your order number. We will deal guarantee change carefully and delicately.
